1. Billing
Services may be billed:
- One-time
- Subscription-based
- Usage-based
2. Payments
Payments are processed through third-party providers.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are discretionary
- Digital services already consumed are generally non-refundable
- Abuse of refund requests may result in account suspension
4. Subscription Changes
- Upgrades/downgrades may be prorated
- Changes may apply immediately or next billing cycle
5. Failed Payments
We may suspend or restrict access upon failed payment.
