Terms of Service

Meta Toad provides software-as-a-service tools, including but not limited to:

• File processing, transformation, and data extraction
• Subscription and billing logic systems
• Programmatic APIs

All Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• All activity under your account
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.

Use of APIs must comply with:

• Rate limits and fair usage expectations
• Technical and security restrictions
• Prohibition on abuse, scraping, or denial-of-service behavior

We may:

• Throttle requests
• Suspend access
• Revoke API keys

without notice if misuse is detected.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Upload or process content that is illegal, infringing, or abusive
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Services
• Circumvent safeguards or access controls

You retain ownership of all data submitted.

You grant Meta Toad a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process, store, and transmit data solely to provide the Services

Meta Toad explicitly does NOT:

• Sell user data
• Use user data to train AI or machine learning models

• Services may be billed on a one-time, subscription, or usage basis
• Pricing may change at any time with reasonable notice

6.1 Refunds

• Refunds are discretionary
• Digital services already consumed are generally non-refundable

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation
• Data accuracy or processing outcomes

You acknowledge that:

• File processing and automation systems may produce errors
• You are responsible for validating outputs

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Meta Toad shall NOT be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Errors in processed outputs

Total liability is limited to:

The total amount paid by you to Meta Toad in the preceding three (3) months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meta Toad from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your data or content
• Your violation of these Terms

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses risk to infrastructure, users, or third parties

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
