Meet Toadster
A digital data automator. It takes data in whatever state it arrives, runs the operations that get it into the shape you need, and delivers it where you want it.

Right data, wrong shape
It arrives messy, or structured for something other than what you are doing. JSON is as likely to need work as a scan. The format is not the problem, the state it turns up in is.
Not by hand
Reshaping it a row at a time, every time it lands, and getting it wrong in the places nobody checks.
Not a tool for each step
One to clean it, another to convert it, a third to deliver it. None of them know about each other.
Not a script someone owns
The engineering answer, and a good one until the shape changes or the person who wrote it moves on.
Set it up once. Trigger it however suits, and the data you care about lands where you need it, in the shape you asked for.
One platform with all you need
Automating a process takes more than the clever step in the middle. It needs a way in, the operations themselves, somewhere for the result to land and a workspace holding the lot. Toadster has all of it, so you can run one operation today and have the whole thing running itself later without moving to another tool to do it.
Run one thing
Pick an operation, give it your data, take the result. Nothing to design first and nothing to connect, which is how most people start and where plenty of jobs end.
Chain a few
Put operations in order so one hands its result to the next. Extract, convert, then query becomes one pass instead of three trips through three screens.
Let it run itself
Save the chain as a workflow and it stops being something you remember to do. It starts on its own, runs the same steps every time, and says when it is done.
Operations for every kind of work
Toadster makes no assumption about what your data is or what you want from it. Each operation does one thing, the same way every time. Use the ones the job asks for and ignore the rest.
Extractors. Describe the shape you want back and it comes back in that shape, whatever it was held in before.
Converters. Between whatever formats the two ends of your process insist on, in either direction.
Refiners. Clean it, reshape it, cut it down, so the next step gets something it can use.
Presets. The jobs people run constantly arrive ready-made, with nothing to set up first.
Leaper Query. Build rules against data such as CSV, text or JSON, from stacking and joining tables to calculating columns and mapping values. It knows your columns at every rule, so it offers only what fits and turns down a set that cannot work before anything runs. The same rules give the same answer every time.
However it starts, wherever it lands
Set a workflow off however suits you, most of the time without being there at all, and send whatever it makes to wherever the work happens next.
Manual
Press run. Sometimes that is the whole job.
Forward it in and walk away.
Messaging
Send it from a messaging app like WhatsApp. It is working before you pocket your phone.
Watched folders
Drop it into connected storage, such as Google Drive or Dropbox. The arrival is the instruction.
Your operation chain
The same steps, in the same order, every time.
Cloud storage
Straight back to your cloud storage, such as Google Drive or Dropbox, filed where it belongs.
Accounting integrations
Drafted into platforms like Xero and QuickBooks. No export, no import, no re-keying.
Notifications
A nudge the second it is done, on channels like email, push or WhatsApp.
Everything happens inside a room you control
Data, workflows, results and the people allowed near them all live in one workspace. You pick which one you are in for the session, and that is all you can see.
Your workspace
and whoever you invite
Invite only
The owner says who is in. Nobody outside the room sees a thing.
Your whole team
Everyone who needs it works in the same room, on the same data and the same results.
Kept for you
Results stay where you left them, for the retention period you set.
Large file transfers
One secure link, and no second service to sign up for. What you made is already here, so sending it on should not mean going somewhere else first.
E-signatures
Sent, reviewed and signed where the document already is, so putting a name on something does not mean a round trip through another tool.
Before you ask
What people usually ask before they start.
